How to Track you orders online

Please follow these steps:

1. Visit EMS Worldwide Express Mail Portal

http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

2. Enter the tracking code to "Enter a Shipment No." Box.

3. Enter the "Verification Code" provided by the EMS portal then Click "Track Button".

4. Tracking report will be displayed regarding your order status and progress see example figures below:

5. If you have trouble with in tracking your order online please contact us.

Notice: Tracking info for your order will be available on the EMS Portal 2 to 3 days after you received your tracking code.
